How To Add/Remove A Guest Account Subscription
- Go to the Secure-i webpage
- Log in using the credentials for your company (also called your "Partner Credentials)
- On the right hand side please click "Manage Customers"
- From the user drop down please select the user we are working with, then click the "Filter" button
- Below, the user you selected will appear, then click "Details"
- This will open all the information for the account, here you can scroll down until you see "Guest Accounts" section
- Click the "Edit" button and change the number to the desired amount of guest accounts you want.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the "Update Customer" button
- Review the changes then click "Complete Order"
