This article explains how to change the password for any customer.
- Log into your Partner account by going to: http://secure-i.com/dealer-login/
- Once logged in, under ‘Partner Menu’ (toolbar on the right-hand side of the screen) select ‘Manage Customers’
- Use the "Username" drop-down menu and select the desired customer.
- Click
- The customer account will now be listed at the bottom of the page. Click the "Details" link.
- Check the "Change Password" box and then enter the new password into both fields
- Scroll down and click
